What I require is professionally produced drawings either by an Architect or an Architectural Technologist.
I can then design any structural elements ( i.e. beams. columns and foundations ) working to the information on those drawings and write the section size on those drawings which the Architect or Architectural Technologist can then add to their drawings. I will also send on a Calculation Package which the Architect or Architectural Technologist can also send to Building Control along with eir drawings.
I have work specialising in providing Structural Calculations for 40 years in an independent capacity as a Chartered Engineer. I hold commensurate professional indemnity insurance and I am quite happy to send on details of my policy to any of my clients on request
